Rules on the pool premises

  • Adults — 1,000 UAH
  • Children under 14 years old — 700 UAH
  • Music may be played at the pool only by arrangement or at special events.
  • Inflatable rings, mattresses, water guns and other children's toys may only be used in the children's pool. Please respect the personal space of other guests.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the pool area. Smokers are asked to use the designated smoking areas outside the pool.
  • Food and alcoholic beverages purchased outside the resort may not be brought into the pool area, but we offer a wide selection of dishes and drinks from our restaurant that can be placed near the sun loungers.
  • Please refrain from running around the edges of the pool to prevent injury; be careful.
  • Please do not deliberately splash water out of the pool, to avoid inconveniencing other guests and to keep the pool clean.
  • If you have left the resort premises, returning to the pool after 12:00 is subject to a fee. Please familiarize yourself with the rates and conditions in advance.
  • For safety reasons, all glass items are prohibited in the pool area, but when ordering from our restaurant we provide alternative plastic items for your convenience and safety.
  • Please note that diving into the water can be dangerous. Please follow the safety rules.
  • Children under 12 years old must be in the pool area only under the supervision of parents or adults responsible for them.
  • To prevent injury, we recommend wearing non-slip footwear when entering the pool area.
  • The swimming pool is intended for persons aged 12 and above. Children are recommended to use the children's pool.
  • Please use the restrooms located outside the pool area.
  • Animals are not allowed in the pool area.
  • Use the stairs to enter the pool. This will help prevent possible injuries.
  • Riding any means of transportation in the pool area is prohibited.

    • Please show respect to other guests. Abuse and unauthorized actions may result in penalties, including eviction from the resort.

    By booking a room at our hotel, you automatically agree to the rules of the Tykhyi Lis resort.

    We are happy to welcome guests who are not staying at our hotel but wish to use the pool area.

    Supporting your commitment to safety, we remind you that every pool visitor is personally responsible for their own safety in the pool area. The resort administration is not responsible for any damage or injuries resulting from non-compliance with the rules. In particular, parents are responsible for their children and must ensure their supervision and safety.

    We also note that the administration is not responsible for visitors' personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and personal belongings and keep them in a safe place.
