Booking and cancellation terms
Booking payment
After making a booking, payment must be made within 1 day. The booking is confirmed only with a 100% prepayment.
Rescheduling or cancellation
After payment, a booking can be rescheduled or cancelled no later than 7 days before the check-in date; in this case, the funds remain on your balance for 1 year from the date of cancellation. These funds can only be used for accommodation at the Tykhyi Lis resort.
